If there is a hell...

...then I hope this rancid, repugnant, twisted, noxious, odious sack of festering hyena effluvia burns in it.  For eternity.  Sodomized by Satan's cricket bat-sized, rusty nail-studded cock every minute of her foul existence, while forced to deep-throat Hitler and Stalin in a bizarre triple penetration.

How could ANYONE with even a shred of humanity in them do what she did to this precious little pup?

Maria Aguilar allegedly crippled the dog with her months of abuse.  She faces two felony counts -- animal cruelty and possession of a weapons [sic.] for allegedly beating the dog with a shovel.

The ASPCA says the dog, Spike, had "a hip fracture, a broken leg, three broken teeth and injuries to his ears."  He is not up for adoption yet, the ASPCA said.

In addition, the adorable pup is"virtually blind in his right eye." The ASPCA went to Aguilar's home last month after calls about a dog crying:  "One of the witnesses used a camera phone to tape the abuse, also capturing Spike's howls of pain. Aguilar is seen throwing Spike to the ground and then slamming him with a snow shovel."

You know...

When Robodog first fell down the stairs and tore both cruciate ligaments in his legs, I had no hesitation about taking him to the emergency animal hospital, and later shelling out nearly $7,000 to repair his legs.  Many of my friends told me I should have just put him down.  That a dog wasn't worth it...

I could never understand that kind of attitude.

You take a tiny creature into your home.  He's completely dependent on you for food and shelter and care.  You raise him as part of your family.  You take responsibility for him.  You love him.  How could I, in good conscience, kill him just because he got hurt?  How could anyone with a heart do that?

He's just as defenseless... just as dependent on his humans as a child is dependent on his parents.  He's a life.  He's innocent.  And you hold his life in your hands.

How could anyone abuse something so precious?

I just don't get it.

I do NOT understand it and it makes me literally sick to my stomach. I feel like throwing up. I try not to read these sorts of stories because it upsets me so much. HOW in the hell does someone do that?!?!?! I feel guilty for bopping my naughty mutt on the nose when he gets caught counter surfing (especially since he was an abused dog... shot with a BB gun and beaten with a rake and yet the sweetest dog ever).

I just gave him some extra luvin'.

The Combat Puggle has requested weapons free and a vector to this scrunt's location.... I'm considering releasing her, along with the Zombie Hamsters.

I partly understand the hesitation to spend $7000 to save a pet. I know that there's a threshold somewhere on what I would pay to save a pet, based on a combination of how much I have, what financial responsibilites I have, and the kind of pet ($7000 for a dog, possibly. $7000 to save a hamster, not likely).

Granted, I'd apply the same criteria to myself as well if it came down to it. I'm currently single, so selling everything I own to save my life would make sense, even if it just buys me a few more years. If I had a wife and kids, a few thousand to minimize my suffering at the end vs. selling every single asset for a few more years of time would a be a pretty straight forward choice to me, and it wouldn't be the latter of the two.

I'd like to note that I was commenting on what Nikki said about her dog. Maria Aguilar deserves to die slowly in some firey car crash.
