In the aftermath of the shootings at Fort Hood on Thursday by Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan of the Army, a psychiatrist, many Muslim soldiers and their commanders say they fear that the relationship between the military and its Muslim service members will only grow more difficult.

But anti-Muslim sentiment is being felt as a result of the shooting. The Arab-American Institute - which condemned the massacre - said it had received at least one threatening phone call, and expected more.

One soldier at the Texas base admitted the coming days would be tough for his Muslim colleagues.

The Obama administration and top military leaders are discouraging an anti-Muslim backlash in the aftermath of last week's deadly shooting at the Fort Hood Army post in Texas.

Army Chief of Staff Gen. George Casey and Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano on Sunday echoed weekend remarks by President Obama cautioning against saying that religion played a role in the attack or that it was "terrorism."

I am SICK AND TIRED of reading about those poor, mistreated Muslims, OK? 

This motherfucker walked onto a military base and gunned down disarmed victims!  He attended the same mosque that was home to radical pig fucker Anwar al Awlaki preached his hatred in 2001. The same pig fucker who was a spiritual leader at two mosques where three 9/11 hijackers worshipped, and who praised Hasan as a hero.  This is the same camel humping piglicker who tried to make contact with al Qaida before he walked into a Soldier Readiness Center and mowed down American troops.

Don't tell me it wasn't terrorism!  When a radical Muslim turd walks onto a base full of disarmed victims and begins gunning down U.S. troops while shouting "Allahu Akbar," it is an act of terrorism!  Muslims are not the victims here!  The victims are the ones who wound up in the hospital and the morgue courtesy of this cocksucker.
