DUH for the Day
Nothing really special in this story about a little munchkin who unbuckled himself while in grandma's car, put the car in drive, and hit a street sign, except the last line of the story.
Police said the toddler did not have a previous record.Um... DUH!
Clearly a hardened criminal who's been flying under the radar. I guess next we'll ban either toddlers in cars, grandmas, or both.

Did they bother to check the little tyke for any possible aliases? For all we know, he might be a real-life Stewie Griffin intent to takeover and/or destroy the world.
