David also reports that a fund has been established to help Ms. Hain slap the authoritarian swine on the pee pee in court. Please help if you can.

Article 1, Sec 21 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
"The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State
shall not be questioned"
Article 1, Sec.2 states:
All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority and instituted for thier peace, safety and happiness. For the advancement of these ends they have at all times an inalienable and indefeaseible right to alter, reform or abolish thier government in such manner as they may
think proper" (empasis mine)

This is bunk. Invoking that pathetic phrase in the law merely because of a couple of whiners stinks. How this can
be construed to damage her reputaion to
the point of revocation is a long stretch.
Our local, the Patriot News ran an article on this several days ago,
and, true to form, was sympathetic to
the Sherrif, but was not openly antaconistic to Ms.Hain.
The kicker is, Pa. is an OPEN CARRY
STATE the revocation cannot prevent
her from carrying, and is an empty act
of authoritarian hooliganism.
