Pathetic, panty-pissing parents prevent Pennsylvanian possessing pistol - PERMIT PULLED!
"I’m just a soccer mom who has always openly carried (a firearm), and I’ve never had a problem before," Hain said in Wednesday’s editions of the Lebanon Daily News. "I don’t understand why this is happening to me."I'll tell you why, Meleanie. Because unfortunately, those of us who take responsibility for our own safety and security... those of us who are courageous, trained and secure enough in our own skills to exercise our Second Amendment rights in public are outnumbered by cowardly statist pigs who think their little, pathetic feelings of inadequacy and fear should trump your constitutionally protected right.
Well, golly gee! Do the unwarranted, irrational fears of one band of spineless, quaking assclowns warrant the abuse of another parent, who is doing nothing wrong, who is legally exercising her Second Amendment rights, who obviously passed a background check to obtain a concealed carry permit and who was not behaving in a threatening manner?Youth soccer coach Charlie Jones said he approached Hain at the Sept. 11 game and asked her to move to the other side of the field, away from the sideline where the children were standing, after hearing that some parents were upset at seeing her gun.
“More than one parent was upset,” he told the newspaper.
Apparently the Pennsylvania (insert Godwin reference here) authorities think so.
Hain later received a notice that her permit was being revoked by Sheriff Michael DeLeo.
DeLeo cited a section of state law that bars the issuance of concealed-weapons permits to people who are deemed a danger to public safety based on their character and reputation. Hain showed poor judgment by wearing her gun at the game, he said.
Let's get this straight. This fascist doucheslurper thinks that exercising one's rights in a completely legal manner warrants an assessment of "poor character" merely because some miscreant asshat loses bladder control at a kids' soccer game!
DeLeo said he understood his decision would now force Hain to keep her weapon in plain view whenever she carries it, but revoking her concealed-weapons permit was his only recourse because he could not legally confiscate her gun.
He couldn't legally confiscate her property, because she has obviously done nothing wrong, so instead he invents an excuse to infringe on her rights, which would compel her to carry her Glock in the open... because obviously, that won't scare other pathetic panty-soiling swine!
This woman has done nothing legally wrong. She was well within her right to carry her firearm - an act that has never caused her problems before. But the sheriff uses arbitrary criteria based on warrantless fear from statist mommies and daddies who have apparently never seen a strong woman willing to stand up for herself and her loved ones to trample her rights anyway. Apparently baseless complaints from a couple of blubbering parents are enough reason to question someone's character and reputation... at least in Lebanon, Pa.
I'm thinking if this oxygen thief in uniform (PERFECT REFERENCE, SGT. MAJOR!) wants to prohibit women from carrying tools of self defense in public, Lebanon, Pa. is not the place for him - LEBANON on the damn border with Syria is! I hear Hizballah main guy Hassan Nasrallah isn't too fond of women's rights.
I would encourage everyone to drop a well-written note of disdain to the good sheriff.

Meleanie Hain scored a win for gun rights yesterday when she successfully challenged a local sheriff's statist swine's decision to revoke her concealed carry permit merely because she chose to exercise her Second Amendment rights proudly, in public, without fear or embarrassment. She had lost the permit after other parents complained last month that she was carrying her loaded handgun in a holster at her daughter's soccer game. Ah, the increasing expansion of our rights. Ain't it grand? In addition to those old-fashioned rights to life, liberty, and happiness, we've now got the way-cool new, post-modern rights to:
--- Not be offended!
--- Not suffer intolerance.
--- Not be made to feel uncomfortable.
--- Not have your pwecious widdle feewings hurt.
Oh, yeah: and the rights to free medical care, free housing, free HDTV, and whatever other crap some f***ing politician will promise in exchange for your votes.
But you do NOT have the right to property.

Here was what I sent him:
Dear Sheriff Michael DeLeo,
You made a serious mistake, during what I hope is only a temporary lapse in judgement, when you revoked Ms. Hain's carry permit. You need to apologize to her immediately and either reinstate her permit or recognize that under the Second Amendment of the US Constitution, she need not obey any such infringement on her absolute human and civil right to own and to carry any type of weapon she sees fit, everywhere she goes, in any way she sees fit, without asking permission from anyone, ever.

Good gawd, Nicki! Why do you have to use such kind language to describe this POS Sheriff?
But, seriously, this is why even a shall-issue permit system sucks. Nationwide Vermont/Alaska Carry is the only way to go.

I am a new reader by way of rachl lukis. I like your t-shirt but can't afford one at this time, but it's on the list.
Here's what I sent:
"Dear Sheriff DeLeo:
I learned of your decision by way of the news.
Mrs. Hain was well within her rights to carry her weapon un-concealed. I would think this would make you and your force less nervous, not more. To pull her CCL to mollify a few complainers seems completely arbitrary.
Unfortunately Sheriff, this means more people will decide to not get a license, rather than encourage them to do so. If the decision of just one city official is all it takes to lose a hard-earned, bought and paid for license in order to more freely enjoy a 2nd Amend. right, then I wouldn't be surprised if the number of licenses issued goes down.
I hope you'll reconsider your decision and stop harassing a law-abiding citizen seeking only to protect herself."
I wish we would get as activated as gays and anarchists and refuse to have our 2nd Amend. right abridged by oppressive and paranoid gun rules, regulations, codes, statutes, licensing and restrictions.

Thank you Nicki, I think you've got a fine joint here and I enjoy your writing.
Indeed, our rights are constantly in peril and I think it is long over due for us to push back, hard. We deserve to have all our Constitutional Rights indulged, not stifled, the benefit of the doubt extended toward the citizen, not withdrawn.
An unholy confederacy of civil libertarians, police authority and culture commissars has emerged to treat all Americans as automatically guilty. Of being incompetent, mean, on the brink of crime, if not, surely simply an undiscovered criminal. A condition the ACLU would never permit toward any of their clients. For the ACLU to represent gun owners, which is to represent Americans, would be an act of patriotism they are not famous for, I'm afraid. I'm grateful that at least, we can still speak our minds. But without the power to protect it at the macro level, soon, this too will be a memory. I'm glad to be here, thank you.

Congratulations!:
Yes, Sheriff DeLeo you have achieved notoriety throughout the worldwide web. In your revocation of a concealed carry license for a soccer mom because she had the bad character and poor judgment to break no law. You have forever linked your name to the word "stupid".
If you were only stupid, it would be no big deal. A great many people too stupid to make an honest living go into elective office and we seem to tolerate them quite well, if inconveniently. Unfortunately, you are also arrogant. Stupidity and arrogance make a very dangerous combination. The stupidly arrogant can only maintain their status by robbing others of their rights. Of course, this only works so long as their immorality is tolerated.
Here is hoping you are recalled by the electorate of your jurisdiction. Can you say "Want fries with that?"
Just to be perfectly clear, should I ever again be in Lebanon,Pa, you will require me to break the law or you will sanction me in some way? I mean, you know, that is what you have done already.
Oh, one more thing, could I receive and autographed picture of yourself in full uniform regalia? I wish to paste it in my Webster's Collegiate Dictionary next to the word "stupid".
