Gateway Pundit and Powerline both reported that leftist assbags not only attacked buses en route to the RNC by dropping sandbags and bags of cement from overpasses, but also attacked a bus full of Cub Scouts who were to present the colors to open the convention.  That's right, people!  These pernicious sacks of pustulent filth attacked CHILDREN!

If you know me at all, you know that there's little in this world that pisses me off more than attacks on innocent little kids for political gain.  I consider this an act of terrorism.  Terrorism is defined as the systematic use of terror against innocent civilians as a means of coercion and its use in asymmetrical or psychological warfare.  Attacking a bus filled with little kids certainly qualifies!  There is little in this world that is more foul and obscene than attacks on children as a means to make a political statement!  These demented animals belong in a zoo - or at least with Gitmo, right alongside the terrorists whose collective asses they lick!

But while numerous blogs covered the attacks and even provided photographic evidence (a Google search for "'Cub Scouts' convention bus attack" brings up 2,290 hits), a Google news search for that same string brings up nothing.  Zero.  Zilch.  Nada.  It's like it never happened!  The media has spent a significant amount of time, resources and bandwidth reporting on the pregnancy of Bristol Palin, but not one of these pompous assclowns saw it fit to cover attacks on little kids, merely because they were going to a Republican convention?

Do they not matter, because they were going to a GOP event?  Is their terror insignificant because they're perceived as "conservatives?"

Founding Bloggers has video of scumbags attacking convention buses.  But the major news outlets?  ABC?  NBC? CBS? Reuters? UPI? AP?  Where the hell are you asswads?

 

So once again, I ask:  WHERE THE HELL IS THE MEDIA WITH THIS STORY???  Why the hell are reports on a 17 year old's pregnancy (*GASP!* Someone get the smelling salts!  A teenager got pregnant!  I'm shocked!  Shocked, I tell ya!) more fucking important than leftist scumbags attacking innocent civilians, and ESPECIALLY children??

This ought to tell you a little bit about our national priorities, people.  When the news media uses a teenager's (whose mom happnes to be a conservative and the GOP VP candidate) sex life as a political football, while cautiously avoiding the landmine of leftist attacks on little kids - something that amounts to TERRORISM in the eyes of a lot of people (or anyone with half a fucking lobe!) - you have to wonder if the Fourth Estate is doing its job!

As far as I can see, they're woefully lacking, pathetic, derelict in their duties and lacking any type of collective moral compass.

Let me say this, for the record:  I'm not a Republican, and my kids don't participate in Scouts.  However, if a bus that had either one of my children on it was attacked by any type of scumbag trying to make a political statement, be it right, left, or center, I promise you, they would be eviscerated, dipped in hydrochloric acid and kept intentionally alive with stimulants to ensure they felt the maximum amount of pain.  When it comes to my children, I don't just shoot to stop, I make it hurt for days first.

UPDATE THE FIRST: Looks like the media is finally getting on the ball and reporting on this issue.  From the Pioneer Press:

Some delegates were confronted on their way to the Xcel Energy Center.

A rock was thrown through the windshield of the Alabama delegates' bus, showering the driver and retired Alabama Supreme Court judge Terry Butts with glass.

Masked protesters confronted the Connecticut delegation, and several delegates were spat upon, roughed up and doused with a mixture of water and bleach.

Not a word about the Cub Scouts.  Other outlets covered the violence, including some assclown called "Tony Chief" who said the violence would continue, and even escalate in the next few days, as long as they got publicity.  I wonder if shoving his face into a deli lunch meat slicer would garner publicity...
